APN, change for reciving MMS. How?

I have a U6GT Android 4..2 CorVer #3.4.67.
I need to et up up the APN to be abele to recive MMS.
The APN "change" menu..cant find it.
Has anyone done this?
I have all he date I need to put into it, but nowhere to put it.
